By accessing or using any service provided by Movely LLC (“Movely”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including the website wemovely.com, you (“you”, “client”, or “user”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not use our services. If you are using our services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
These Terms apply to all services provided by Movely, including apartment search, tenant application support, contract review, relocation assistance, moving coordination, cleaning, airport transfer, and the Movely affiliate programme.
Movely LLC is a company incorporated in the State of New York, USA. Registered address: 447 Broadway, 2nd Floor, New York, NY 10013. We provide tenant-side apartment search and relocation services across 30+ countries.
Movely is not a real estate agency, legal firm, or financial adviser. We are a service company that assists tenants in finding and securing long-term rental accommodation. Our contract review service is informational in nature and does not constitute legal advice.

All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and are exclusive of any local taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction. Current pricing is displayed on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; price changes will not affect services already purchased.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By providing payment details, you authorise Movely to charge the stated amount. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
The Pilot package is a monthly subscription. It renews automatically on the same calendar date each month. You may cancel at any time by emailing [email protected]. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds for unused days within a month.
These are one-time payments covering the full scope of the selected package. Payment is due at the time of purchase. There are no recurring charges.
Moving, cleaning, and transfer services are quoted individually based on your specific requirements. A confirmed quote constitutes a binding commitment on both sides. Payment terms are specified in the quote.
All home search packages (Care, Care+, Ultra Care) include a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 7 calendar days of purchase, contact us at [email protected] and we will refund you in full, no questions asked.
The 7-day period begins from the date of purchase, not from the date your search commences.
After the 7-day guarantee period, fees are non-refundable except at our sole discretion. We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis where:
Cancel your Pilot subscription at any time by emailing us. You will retain access until the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial months.
Cancellation terms for moving, cleaning, and transfer services are specified in your individual quote. In general: cancellations more than 48 hours before the scheduled service are refunded in full; cancellations within 48 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee to cover costs already committed.

Partners in the Movely affiliate programme agree to the following additional terms:
Participation in the affiliate programme is subject to our review and approval. We reserve the right to decline or terminate any affiliate relationship at our discretion.
Standard commission is 15% of the net package price paid by the referred client. Commission is earned when the referred client successfully purchases a package and the 7-day refund period has passed without a refund request.
Commissions are paid monthly by bank transfer or other agreed method. Minimum payout threshold is €50. Commissions below the threshold roll over to the following month.
Affiliates must not:
High-volume partners (10+ referrals per month) may negotiate individual commission rates and structures. Contact [email protected] to discuss.
Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship with 30 days written notice. Earned but unpaid commissions will be paid at the next regular payment date. Commissions on refunded client purchases will be clawed back.
All content on wemovely.com, including text, images, logos, design, code, and documents, is owned by or licensed to Movely LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of our content without our prior written permission, except for your personal, non-commercial use.
Our name, logo, and trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we strive to provide accurate and high-quality service, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of our services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Movely LLC shall not be liable for:
Our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Movely LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Before initiating any formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will endeavour to resolve it within 30 days.
If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York, USA. You consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as an EU consumer.
