# Movely

> Movely is a no-agency-fee platform for long-term apartment rentals and relocation across 30+ countries. Tenants rent directly from owners — verified listings, real photos of the actual home, deposit protection, and an optional managed home-search service. Long-term stays (11+ months).

Movely handles tenant screening, contracts, viewings (physical or virtual), and reservations. There are no agency fees. Individual homes can be reserved (reserve = one month's rent, paid only after Movely approves the applicant; non-refundable if the applicant views the home and declines).
